Seeking shelter from a storm, Mia flees into a brasserie in Paris. Soon after, it turns out to be the target of a terrorist attack. Mia becomes unconscious and, once she has recovered, cannot remember anything about the event. In her quest to find out exactly what happened, she joins a survivors’ support group. She develops a special bond with Thomas, who was celebrating his birthday on the night in question. Together with Thomas, she tries to reconstruct what happened to her.
For Parisian filmmaker Alice Winocour, REVOIR PARIS is a personal project; her brother was one of the survivors of the Bataclan attack. The lead role is played by one of the biggest stars of French cinema today, Brussels-born actress Virginie Efira (BENEDETTA, LES ENFANTS DES AUTRES, UN AMOUR IMPOSSIBLE).
