Lilith devours the books of paranormal detective Sylvia Shadowlight and would love to follow in her footsteps. When she has to temporarily go to boarding school – because her mother is going to New Zealand for work – Lilith is not too keen. The boarding school is thankfully a nice place, but mysterious things are happening, invisible to the naked eye, and Lilith wants to get to the bottom of it. Are they ghosts? Poltergeists? Monsters? Fortunately, the Schimm brothers, two professional ghost hunters, take her in tow. The colourful brothers Hans and Wout know how to deal with creepy types, but together with Lilith they track down a whole new supernatural phenomenon. It turns out to be one of the most dangerous monsters of their careers; the monster hidden inside all of us.
