Marlo is a forty-year old mother of three. In between the messy house, the tantrum-throwing “quirky” child, the careless husband, frozen pizzas and a newborn, Marlo is exhausted. Then her brother gifts her a “night nanny”. Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully.
Tully is the third collaboration between director Jason Reitman and screenwriter Diablo Cody, including the charming coming of age film JUNO and YOUNG ADULT.
