Fourteen-year-old Johnny lives in a home for young people that deal with difficult family situations, but he lives on the streets of Antwerp. There, he sells drugs for an older dealer. Antony, a successful and famous actor, becomes a regular customer. A bond develops between the two, and they both decide to turn around their lives. But is Antony the lifeline that Johnny thinks he is?

DEALER is the debut feature film of Flemish actor and filmmaker Jeroen Perceval, best known for his role in RUNDSKOP (2011). DEALER was the big winner at this year’s Ensors, Flanders’ most important film awards. The film won no fewer than nine awards, including those for best film, best director, and best screenplay.
