John Goldsby, one of the greatest bassists in the international jazz scene, lives around the corner in Cologne and teaches at the Maastricht Conservatory. He presents with his trio: Segment. The collaboration comes from the heart of the legendary WDR Big Band - a project with Goldsby, pianist Billy Test and drummer Hans Dekker. Nurtured by their collaboration over the years, the three master musicians capture the innovative pulse of the jazz tradition.
