Workshop: Stop Motion (6+)
Camera ready... and action! Bring your self-designed and crafted characters and film sets to life in your own stop-motion animated film.
Many animatedfilms are made using the stop-motion technique. By rapidly playing many still images, each slightly different from the previous one, it creates the illusion of movement. And that's exactly what we'll be doing in this workshop!
Craft your own film characters and sets, and create and film your own story in our stop-motion machine, under the guidance of our workshop facilitator(s)!
Did you also participate in the Workshop: Help building our Mouse Mansion on Wednesday or Thursday? Then you can use the sets you crafted there for your stop-motion film! Please note: a separate ticket is required for this workshop.
Practical information
- Duration: 1 hour to max. 1.5 hours
- Location: Foyer (the open space between auditorium 4 and 5)
- Guidance: Parents and guardians are welcome to watch, or they can enjoy a drink in our Restaurant Café during the workshop.
