Amsterdam, 1988. Detective Lucas investigates the mysterious murder case of jazz legend Chet Baker. Lucas’ inquiry into Baker’s final days takes him on a dark, musical journey where he crosses paths with his last lover, an unconditional friend and Doctor Feelgood, the ambiguous admirer. In the wake of Chet’s ultimate notes, the ambitious Lucas is touched by Baker’s lyrical music and the life story of the washed-up jazz legend. The detective discovers he is more akin to Chet than he would like.
