Twelve-year-old Ben loves cooking and music, but is bullied because of his appearance. When he falls head over heels for his classmate Klára, he decides to change his eating habits in the hope of winning her attention and fitting in better with his peers. Along the way, Ben discovers that it’s not about losing weight, but about daring to be who you are.

With humour, music, and visual imagination, Door Dik En Dun tells a relatable story about friendship, first love, and self-confidence. Based on the book La Vie, En Gros by Mikaël Ollivier. (lw)
