Trois nuits par semaine
French drama about a 29-year-old man who has been in a heterosexual relationship for years but falls under the spell of a young drag queen from the Paris nightlife scene.
Baptiste is in a relationship with Samia when he first meets Cookie Kunty, a young drag queen from the Parisian scene, who immediately mesmerizes him. Initially motivated by the idea of a photography project revolving around Cookie, he immerses himself into this world, eventually embarking upon a relationship with Quentin, the young man behind the drag queen. At first, the relationship is uncomfortable for both of them. For Baptiste, it is the first relationship with a man and Cookie had never been in love before.
Florent Gouëlou makes his debut with this honest and sincere film that avoids voyeurism and the usual clichés surrounding the drag queen theme. The focus is on why two people from different backgrounds can be attracted to each other.
