Lumière's Grand Café is built in the old power station of the Sphinx Factories. Enjoy the most delicious dishes and refreshing drinks on the Bassin, with gorgeous views over the water.

General opening hours:

Friday & Saturday: 12pm - 1am
Sunday: 10am - 11pm

We recommend making a reservation in advance if you plan to visit on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday.

Opening hours kitchen:
Wednesday to Saturday: 12pm - 9pm
Sunday: 10am - 8.30pm

Feel free to drop by even when the kitchen is closed. We've still got a slice of pie, drinks, and snacks ready for you.

Our kitchen is open on Mondays and Tuesdays by request for groups of more than 25 people. For more information, please reach out to us at events@lumiere.nl.

Ontbijt

Sunday Film Breakfast

Every Sunday morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at Lumière from 10:30 before heading into the cinema.
A Film Breakfast costs €24.50, which includes a cinema ticket, breakfast, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and a cup of coffee or tea.

How it works:

  1. Choose a Sunday morning film starting between 11:30am and 12:15.
  2. Select the number of tickets and choose the ‘Film met Ontbijt’ ticket type.
  3. Pick your favourite seats in the cinema and proceed to checkout.
  4. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know by emailing info@lumiere.nl with the subject line Film Breakfast, including your order number. Deadline: Saturday evening, 19:00.

On the day, you can go straight to breakfast with your e-ticket — no need to stop by the box office. Tickets for the Film Breakfast can be purchased up until Saturday at 19:00.

Can’t make it? You can cancel your booking until Saturday 19:00 for a full refund. After that, cancellations are no longer possible.
