Limited mobility
Wheelchair accessibility
Lumière is wheelchair accessible and offers assistance to visitors with reduced mobility or a disability. Wheelchair spaces in our cinemas are limited. We therefore kindly ask you to inform us of your visit in advance via 043 - 321 40 80 and to arrive 15 minutes before the screening starts.
- All our auditoriums have limited seating for visitors using a wheelchair.
- A lift is available in the building.
- An adapted toilet is available.
- There is no parking at Lumière. However, you can of course be dropped off and picked up at the entrance. Disabled parking spaces are available at Parking Sphinxterrein.
Hearing protection
Children can be sensitive to loud sounds in the cinema. Free hearing protection is therefore available at the box office for our youngest visitors. Please note that there is no hearing loop system available in our cinemas.
