In Borneo, at the edge of the tropical forest, Kéria takes care of a baby orangutang that has been rescued from the palm oil plantation where her father works. At the same time, Kéria's younger cousin Selaï comes to live with her and her father as he seeks refuge from the conflict between his indigenous tribe and logging companies. With their ancestral forest home now under greater threat than ever, Kéria, Selaï and the little orangutang, now named Oshi, will have to face many obstacles in their battle against their home’s planned destruction.

Five-year-old Sam is inseparable from her cuddly toys Woezel and Pip and takes them everywhere. When her family goes on holiday to a campsite for the first time, everything seems to go perfectly... until it turns out that the cuddly toys have disappeared from her backpack on the way.
