  Gaby Odekerken-Schröder is Professor at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. She studies how new technology, from service robots to companion robots for older adults, can improve people’s experiences in healthcare and retail.
• Dr. Karlijn Massar
  Karlijn Massar is Associate Professor of Applied Social Psychology in the Department of Work & Social Psychology at Maastricht University’s Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience. Her research focuses on close relationships and jealousy, and on applying psychological science to societal challenges. She is currently Programme Director of the Master in Psychology.
• Dr. Kris Goffin
  Kris Goffin is a philosopher and researcher at Maastricht University and the University of Antwerp, where he has taught Philosophy and AI Ethics. He has published on emotional AI, including companion bots, exbots and griefbots. He is the author of My Ex Is a Chatbot: On Emotional AI (Mijn ex is een chatbot. Over emotionele AI).
• Roberta Di Palma
  Roberta Di Palma is Assistant Professor at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, where she specialises in technology-enhanced skills development. At the SBE Learning Academy she helps educators bring AI and virtual reality into their teaching in ways that build both skills and technological literacy. She is also researching how people react when their romantic partner turns to an AI companion.

  Jonas Heller is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and director of DEXLab. He researches how AI and and other emerging technologies shape the way people decide and behave.
