Drinks are permitted, but to ensure the best possible film experience for everyone, we do not allow food in the auditoriums.
The auditorium will open 15 minutes before the film starts.
Our tickets come with reserved seats. If you buy your tickets online or at our ticket office, you can choose your own seat. On a rare occasion, there are screenings without reserved seats. In that case, you can choose your seat freely.
To give you the best possible film experience, we generally do not have intermissions. We do hold a short break during long films, which will always be mentioned on our website.
We screen films in the original language and most have Dutch subtitles. Some films are in English or are not subtitled. We always indicate this if this is the case.
Unfortunately, you will not be granted access to the film if you’re late as not to disturb the other guests. At the cash register, we can change your ticket for a film that starts in a later timeslot, or we can give you a voucher. We do not give refunds.
On Thursdays, the day new films premiere, all movie tickets cost just €10 instead of €13.
