Join us for Family Meal. Sit down for a relaxed meal with other Lumière visitors around one long table and see who you end up sitting next to. And, of course, there’s a film after!
As a cinema, we’re convinced that films are best enjoyed together, preferably in a room full of strangers. And actually, we feel much the same about food. During Family Meal, you can join us for lunch or dinner around one long table, alongside other Lumière visitors. No reserved tables, no fixed groups – just pull up a chair and see who’s sitting next to you.
You don’t have to bring anyone along (although you’re more than welcome to). Maybe you’ll find yourself sitting next to a local who’s been coming to Lumière for fifty years. Maybe you’ll end up opposite someone who’s only been living in Maastricht for a week. Or perhaps you’ll meet someone you can’t stop talking to about that one film you both absolutely loved. In our experience, Lumière visitors are some of the loveliest people around, so we’re pretty sure it’ll be a good time.
And then: it’s off to the cinema!
