In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of the Japanese animation style anime. Together with the tutor, you’ll draw along step by step and discover how to add colour, shading and highlights to hair and faces.

Big eyes, tiny mouths and lots of emotion: anime (also known as manga) is instantly recognisable! In this third workshop, you’ll learn the basics of rendering. You’ll discover how to colour your characters and use light and shadow to create different effects. Together with the tutor, you’ll get hands-on in this practical and engaging ‘follow-along’ workshop.
