The Incomer
An offbeat comedy about two islanders defending their isolated way of life when a well-meaning official decides they can no longer remain on their ancestral home.

On a remote Scottish island, a brother and sister live largely cut off from the outside world. They catch seabirds, tell stories about their ancestors and keep the dreaded ‘incomers’ at bay. That changes when a local government official arrives with orders to remove them from the place they have always called home.
What follows is a clash between two radically different worlds. The Incomer combines dry humour with a distinctive story about heritage, ownership and who gets to decide where someone belongs. A comedy about outsiders, but above all about people refusing to let others tell them where they belong.
