The Loud Spring - English subtitled

Documentary in which scientists, climate activists and trade unionists analyse how to curb climate change.

Time & Tickets

Since the first UN climate treaty was adopted in 1992, annual CO2 emissions have not decreased. In fact, despite numerous climate conferences, emissions have risen by 60%. How can that be? What would a society look like that would be able to curb climate change?

While the climate movement argues that the climate crisis cannot be solved in a capitalist system, we lack concrete political ideas on how to bring about systemic change. It seems like it is easier to imagine the end of the world than the end of capitalism. Through interviews with scientists, climate activists and trade unionists, the documentary THE LOUD SPRING outlines what the profound change we need might actually look like.
