Simon Oslender and Jérôme Cardynaals, two musical prodigies originating from Aachen and Maastricht, have shared a profound musical connection since their early childhood. In their teenage years, they joined forces and formed the duo 'Twogether.' Together, they garnered prestigious awards, leaving a lasting mark on the European jazz scene with their expressive and groovy blend of jazz, funk, and soul. Their infectious passion and joy set them apart.
Since then, Oslender and Cardynaals have become highly sought-after musicians in the music scene. Jérôme Cardynaals has toured with artists such as Oscar And The Wolf, James Andrews, The Youngblood Brass Band, and Leroy Jones. Simon Oslender was recently involved in a Grammy-nominated production with the WDRbigband, alongside Steve Gadd, Eddie Gomez, and Ronnie Cuber.
On Tuesday, February 6, they will join forces with none other than Benjamin Herman, one of the most prominent and prolific musicians in the Netherlands. Since his participation in the Thelonious Monk Competition in 1991 and his studies in New York, Benjamin Herman has released over fifty albums and is recognized as the frontman of the New Cool Collective.
