Rock legend Marianne Lane is recuperating on the volcanic island of Pantelleria with her partner Paul when cocky record producer and old flame Harry unexpectedly arrives with his petulant and sexy daughter Penelope and interrupts their holiday. Jealousy and dangerous sexual scenarios ensue.

A BIGGER SPLASH transposes the original story from the French Riviera to Pantelleria, a volcanic, windswept Sicilian island that heaves with the same violence as the character’s emotions.
